Ingredients:
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
¾ cup almond flour
2 tbsp. cream cheese
1 egg, beaten
Garlic powder to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Put mozzarella and cream cheese in a microwavable bowl and microwave for 1 minute. Stir and replace in microwave for another 30 seconds (very hot).
  3. Stir in beaten egg and flour.
  4. Wet hands and spread “dough” thing on parchment paper. It should spread evenly with dough-like consistency (if “stringy” then your cheese has hardened too much…just put back in the microwave for another 20 seconds).
  5. Poke rows of holes into the dough with a fork to avoid bubbling.
  6. Sprinkle with garlic powder.
  7. Put in oven at 425. After about 8 minutes, check it and poke holes where any large bubbles may be. Continue cooking for a total of 10-12 minutes or until slightly brown on top.
  8. Remove from oven and top with your favorite toppings. Cook for another 8-10 minutes until the cheese browns.
