Talk about quick and easy! These literally take 5 minutes to make and satisfy that sandwich fix. My kids also love them…minus the peppers of course.

These are low carb, dairy free and keto friendly.

Romaine lettuce
3 slices hard salami (We prefer Boar’s Head lunch meats)
3 slices prosciutto or Pepperoni
Vegan Mayonnaise (We prefer this brand HERE)
Toppings of choice: mild banana peppers, onion, jalapeno, etc.

Assemble together in this order: Romaine, deli meats, mayo & toppings
