- 3/4 cup coconut flour
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup monk fruit sweetener (or sweetener of choice)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
Mix together all ingredients except the chocolate chips. Save those for last. One tip is to melt the butter and let it sit for a few minutes so that it isn’t so hot. You don’t want it to melt the chocolate chips when you add them.
Use your hands to mold into balls. Store in fridge for 2 hours before eating.
REMEMBER: You only need to consume 2-3 of these a day. Although hard, don’t eat them all in one sitting. 😉
