Ingredients:

  • 3-4 cucumbers thin sliced
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tbsp dried dill weed
  • Salt & Pepper

Directions:

  1. Prep the cucumbers the night before. Put sliced cucumbers into a bowl, top with salt and let sit in the fridge overnight. This will pull excess water out.
  2. Drain the next day
  3. Combine all ingredients
  4. Refrigerate 1-2 hours
  5. Enjoy
